Alternative Way Method 1.
Adding Google Translate in Custom Ways:
First Go to Google Translate Manager and enter your blog/sites url and select your original language in which your blog post have originally written and then Click on "Next".
Then choose your own design style to make it how it can appear on your blog/website. See in the Pictures
And after completing everything then Click on "Get Code" then you will find your following code in it.
After Then copy the following code and Go to your blogger dashboard and click on Layout, then Click on Add Gadgets after that Select HTML/JavaScript a new popup windows will appears then paste the following code in the contents box ignoring the Title. And Click on save.

Alternative ways Method 2.
Adding Google Translate options directly from Blogger Dashboard:
Go to Your Blogger Dashboard, then click on Layout, then click on Add Gadgets then scroll down and Select translate Buttons there and Click on Save that's it.
