  1. Now if only we could get our mothers to text. Useful article I will look into it. I came across this as we are looking for ways to allow our customers to get easier access to us. We have an 800 to txt now and have been searching for a live chat to txt feature or whatsapp for our website. Which do you recommend for a site to implement.
